It’s nerve-wracking putting my series blog up online. It’s akin to having my skin slowly peeled off while sitting here typing.

It’s also nerve-wracking because I am still plotting the entire series. There is SO much going on, and trying to wade through it is like trying to wade through tar. Well, speed-wise it is. Other than that, it’s pretty fun playing in my fantasy world. But it’s also brain draining. I’ve been hitting decision fatigue several times per day recently.

However, I’m taking courses with Jeff Lyons, and he is helping tremendously as I wade through the mire of subplots, character motivation, etc. I am getting clarity, and that is something amazing and very much needed at this point in my journey. Although I started with the last suggested course and continued onto other courses out of the suggested order, I’m getting through the information, and it’s finally beginning to make sense to me. I’m happy to be diving back into my characters and their motivations and building the plot and world around that.
